30-Day Refund Policy
As long as the products are undamaged, a full refund can be made within 30 days. And the refund process will begin when the returned item is inspected in SANLI LED’s warehouse.
Reissue process
If the product you received is damaged or lost, please contact our customer service at service@Azimom.shop and provide the following necessary information:
1. Order number
2. At least 2 clear product photos, including ①waybill information ②product quantity or the photos of the damaged product.
3. Only after you provide the above information, our service team can arrange product replacement or refund for you. Therefore, please be sure to provide the complete and detailed information we require.
4. After we successfully receive the returned goods, you will receive the refund within 3 working days.
Notes:
The returned goods must include all accessories and original packaging;
If warranty claims that are irrelevant to product quality, the buyer should pay the shipping fee.
As long as warranty claims are related to product quality, the full cost of the product will be refunded.
If the product does not meet the above requirements, the return request may not be accepted.
The price difference of limited-time discount products cannot be refunded.
The refund request of the 30-day return policy will expire 30 days after the warranty claim is filed. For products whose warranty has expired, we will not deal with such return requests.
