ORDERS & SHIPPING

How do I cancel my order?
Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. In order to best assist with your request, we recommend reaching out to us via email or live chat for immediate assistance. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our easy returns process.

Can I exchange my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges. If you need a different item, you will need to place a new order and return the item that does not fit. If you order the same model again in a different color or size, we can ensure that you can keep any discount that may have been granted on the original order. The returned item will be refunded as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.

I forgot to add an item to my order; can I make a change before it ships?

Once your order has been completed, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please place a new order on the website for the additional items. 

Which countries are the products delivered to ?

Orders placed on this shop can be sent to American, Europe and some countries of Asia.If you found that you can not buy our products in your location places, warm welcome to contact us via eamil. we will supply solutions within 48 hours. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is the return policy?

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns from 3rd party retailers at this time. To see full policy, Click Here.

When will I receive my refund?

Please allow 2-3 working days for us to process your returned merchandise after it has been received. We’ll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

What types of credit cards do you accept ? 

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. Alternatively, you can finalize your order with PayPal payment service.

When will my card be charged for my order ?

The debit on your credit card comes within a maximum of 7 days after your order. All bank transactions are protected and managed by the stripe company.

Do I necessarily have to create an account to order ?
 

No it's not mandatory. But it is highly recommended. Indeed, it will allow you to find your history, edit your addresses and track your parcel online faster. You will also be notified of new products and special events. 

Do you save my bank details ? 

Absolutely not. We never have access to this information. It is the company Stripe that deals with it. Your data is completely safe.
